Polar FT4 question

I've had my Polar FT4 heart rate monitor for 2 years now, and lately it is starting to act funny. It often doesn't read my heartrate and shows 00. Tonight I used it playing tennis, and worked for the most part, but a few times when I looked at it, it said 00 and then found my heart rate again. I just changed the battery not long ago, so I really don't think its that.

Just wondering if anyone with this monitor has experienced this problem, or how long it lasted for you? Just wondering how long its going to last me, or if I'll need to start shopping for a new one soon.
