Egg whites help!

Hello can someone help me with the nutritional info for egg whites? I am trying to figure it out and there are lots of them members have put in but they all say different things! Thanks!

i eat egg whites all the time... whether its boiled ones or fried with zero calorie cooking spray, they barely have calories and they fill you up, you can even add fat free cheddar cheese to the fried ones...
