We are planning on going sailing tomorrow and will probably be gone at least from dawn to dusk, making it impossible to participate in a dedicated workout. We will be fairly active in spurts, but frankly, with light winds a large part of sailing is sitting around (albeit on a rolling seat and without a back rest) and I will not be using the spurious numbers from MFP, at least not for the full time we are on the water.
We often spend one day out of our weekend doing this kind if thing - last weekend it was demolition of something we built in our yard a few months ago. Lots of walking and bending and twisting and lifting.
What do other weekend warriors log for those days when you are just generally more active than usual? Nothing? 60 minutes of a similar activity?
