Hi , I am over 80 and hope to lose 30 pounds with the help of your excellent site and supportive members . Past glories no longer seem to satisfy me now at 184 pounds ! ( being a size 10 model years ago !) Four children and may moves made me neglect myself somewhat ....
I am trying to follow through on the calories etc , but wonder if anyone else draws a blank when it says 'grams ' in portion sizes - how does one exchange them for ozs ? Perhaps a scale ?
