Quick Exercises Or Calorie Burners

am a college student so mI have little time for exercise and when I do have time for exericse I am too tired. So what are some quick calorie burners I don't mine doing a little work or a lot.:heart:

    Burpees!!!! Jumping squats!! Mountain climbers!!! Plyo, Plyo and More Plyo

    Try doing quick circuits incorporating lots of reps with low weight and plyo (jumping exercises) in between to keep your heart rate up.

    i'd try mixing cardio and strength.
    things like jumping jacks, jumprope, butt kicks, kickboxing moves, squats, lunges, push-ups, tri-cep dips on a chair, crunches, and planks.

    Interval training. Pick a workout you like (running, elliptical, rowing, etc) and then try one minuet at high intensity and two at moderate. It'll kick your *kitten* but it burns more calories per minuet than steady state cardio.
