Need Advice! How do I keep from snacking? It’s like I want to eat all day.

    Pack a snack!!!

    Fruit and vegetables and any other water dense food tends to be lower in calories. And apple? 60-calories You could eat five and still be reasonable snack wise!

    It's healthy to graze! Just make wise snacking decisions.

    my suggestion to you, that seems to work for me, is to eat more protein in the morning. Protein will keep you full and satisfied much longer than other "normal" breakfast foods. I find that if i cook up 3 egg whites with some onions and bell peppers, put it between a couple slices of whole wheat toast with some hot salsa on it and make sorta a spainsh omlet sandwich it keeps me full for a long time and i dont think about eating so much..

    when i get that urge to snack, sometimes i just pop in a piece of gum and it usually goes away.

    It's perfectly fine to snack alll day long if you simply pick healthy things. I snack all day. carrot sticks, blueberries, nuts, sunflower seeds, apples. I am learning to love apples!
