Exercise Videos on Line

Options
Does anyone use any on-line fitness workouts? I wish this site had a place that we could add links to some because that might be helpful to everyone if we could share info like that. Especially when there are so many free ones on the web.

Well here is one that I used today. Please add yours.

That is so funny. A few days ago, I came across it for the first time and used a 30 kelttlebell class from Blender n Youtube. That was good too. Here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6pDMOIlPLFE&list=FL7x0BU65HnL3ivSoarAJphQ

Buy yourself a Roku. They have entire channels devoted to exercise and fitness... there's even a Pilates and yoga channel.

Not that I ever watch those...

I second this. They have a channel on youtube that I am now subscribed to. Tons of free videos, plus a link back to their website for tips and suggestions on how to make the workout easier or harder. Great site.

Sparkpeople.com has some good videos. You can also find them on youtube. Heck, even searching for "workout" or "fitness" will net you some good results.
