I'm really excited!

Hi everyone. I'm so happy today. My husband and I used to go to the Olive Garden a lot - and eat a lot too! After checking my food tracker, I found that I could go to the restaurant and have a meal that fit into my plan! I had soup - two bowls, one bowl of salad with low calorie dressing and one bread stick. It was delicious and I was full and very satisfied with myself for the good choices! Funny how it made me proud of myself. I like that feeling and will be looking for more ways to be proud of myself! Hope everyone is having good experiences with their journeys.

    That is great! I'm always afraid of dining out for fear of going over my calorie budget but that meal sounds very satisfying. :-)

    AWESOME job! I have to be really careful and not let the bad choices override the good choices when eating out! One of my favs is the "New Orleans Seafood" at Ruby Tuesdays with the roasted spaghetti squash and a salad as sides. It's soooo good and fits right in just about any day for me!
