Hey there,
I use Pilates as my main form of exercise. I was surprised not to see it listed in the exercise journal. I've been using mild stretching as a substitute, but I wondered if anyone else is doing Pilates and what you are using to track it?

The amount of calories you burn depends on your weight and what kind of Pilates you do.

Check healthstatus.com and depending on your weight and how much time. For me at 247 for 30 min. 207 calories burned.0
