Insanity workout for beginners?

I keep seeing commercials for this program and I want to try it, but I'm SOO not in shape. Is this good for beginners?

    Anything can be for beginners just pace yourself. Don't overdue it. If you need a break take it, eventually you won't need the break. The main thing is to not do too much where you are out of commission for a few days.

    Any movement you do will help! Your body will tell you what you can and cannot do, so GO FOR IT!
