trouble logging in on android app

For the last 2 days I have not been able to access my MFP app on my android ph (DISASTER!!!). It starts up but when syncing it hits an unforseen error & I am forced to close or report. I have lodged 2 reports. I was sent an update but this has not resolved my prob. I am finding this very frustrating. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this & if so, how you resolved it.
