Time to shred the fat! HELP!!!

Hi Guys,

I'm new to myfitnesspal -decided my own willpower is not enough and that I am going to need some motivation and inspiration from others embarking on the same journey!

I'm about to start p90x workout and nutrition plan. Gruelling - I know.

My fitness is solid, have made awesome strength gains recently but my diet has been appaulling - oops. (lack of willpower)

I'm fed up moaning about how I am strong and fit but still look big in comparison to the skinny minnies walking around everywhere. I've accepted the fact that I dont have the build to be skinny - so instead I'm going for ripped athletic!

I have made my food diary public to friends - and today I'm recording a day in the "old" life of me...so I have a starting point and hopefully a sharp realisation of how poor my diet is at the moment....so if you add me - please don't judge! haha However as of tomorrow - if you see that I have fallen off the bandwagon - feel free to slap me across the knuckles!

Would love to make some training buddies through this - and find some inspiration in others,
