low sodium/no sodium meals and snacks

it's in most things I have in my kitchen but off out to shops so wanted to pick up somethings for lunch . ideas ?

    Most plain meats are naturally low sodium, just purchase plain raw chicken, plain raw beef, plain pork, plain white fish to cook yourself in bulk, and so on not deli meats, processed meats or ready made food. Oily fish contains natural salt but they are healthy enough to ignore that.

    Looking at your diary, you're usually pretty low on sodium anyway. It's not something that you want to eliminate altogether as you do need some sodium to function. Getting in the region of 1000-1500 mg a day should be fine.
