Feel free to add me, I'm always happy to have motivated buddies who are into strength training, as most here are just into weight loss. Nothing wrong with weight loss, but it's good to have people with similar goals.0 -
Hi Nicola,
I'm on the same ship - I have had my account for ages and decided after Christmas that it was time for me to be proactive. I have been on a low calorie diet since Jan 2nd (so far so good) but need people to keep me going. So far I've lost 7lb, but I have a bad habit of losing 10lb and giving up... this time I am determined to stick to it .
