Fight laziness

Hello, I'm in need of motivations from positive people & realised the only place I'll 'positive people' is here, myfitnesspal.
I almost reach my target weight however, the closer I am the lazier I get. I exercise less, I indulge myself with fatty food that I wasn't supposed to eat. i think it's because I feel comfortable since I'm just a kilo away. Unfortunately, due to my careless habit, I gained weight.
Please tell me what should I do to make myself exercise, eat clean & be fit. Thanks! x

I think you may need to change your way of thinking. The exercise and healthy eating should be a lifestyle change, not just a way to have lost "x" amount of weight. You need to keep incorporating these into your everyday life for the rest of your life. It's ok to have 'cheat meals' or moments but if you aren't committed to it being a new lifestyle then cheat meals can turn into cheat days, or cheat weeks.0
