hi new

Hi i'm new here, well joined a couple of weeks ago but had not released there were message boards.. Sill finding my way round... i have 3 stone to loose. hopefully i will get there...

What i find difficult is that alot of things seem vegetable based but i really hate them, so i find it hard to top up my dinner if that makes sense ? any tips or suggestions would be great..

Also is anyone using the alli tablets? i'm using them and find they are good. i did loose 3 stone with them a few years back. i put all the weight back on as i used my pregnancy as an excuse to eat rubbish.
