If anyone likes to track their steps each day, I have found the most comfortable pedometer yet. In the past I have used many and they always pinched or rubbed on my skin. I recently purchased a WALKING ADVANTAGE 345 by SPORTLINE. It fits comfortably and looks ok too. It helps to make sure you are walking the recommended 10,000 steps/day.
Happy Walking!!!

My new phone is a Sony Ericsson Walkman phone by A.T. & T. It has a step counter and keeps track of your steps for a month. It also has an advanced fitness program that you can set for a specific workout to calculate how many steps, calories, speed, etc. you have in a single workout. I carry my phone in my pocket from the time I walk the dogs first thing in the morning until I change into sleep clothes at night.0
