Anyone Else Here On Weight Watchers?

I am doing WW Online and also logging on MFP. Since fruit and vegetables are free on WW, I find I am often going over my calories, but I still have points left on WW. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, is it seeming to make a difference and are you still losing?

I don't know anything about what you are eating, but the free fruits and veggies on WW needs to be kept within reason. I think they recommend at least 5 servings. And you should be measuring them to make sure it is a serving size. Some fruits can have 100 calories or so a serving, so if you eat a lot of them, it could have an impact I would assume. You are probably ok with veggies since they are generally lower in calories.

If it is only a small difference in calories, I am sure you will be ok. It is hard to say since I don't know how many calories you are aiming for. I no longer do WW, so maybe others with more experience can help too.
