Meal Suggestions?

I have basically always been a fairly healthy eater, but when I moved in with my boyfriend, making meals became a challenge. He is a typical guy who enjoys pizza, bacon burgers, hamburger helper, and nachos, etc. for dinner. (and of course maintains a healthy weight - not fair!!) Before living together I made those foods on rare occasions, and feel muuuuch better when I stick to fresh, healthier options. I have the upper hand, so to speak, because I buy the groceries, and make most of the meals for dinner
What are some recipes/ideas for dinner that would please both of us, without having to make two separate dinners??

Baked potato skins with dips (guacamole and spicy tomato). Flatbread pizzas. Homemade burgers with lean meat (try using turkey or venison). Casseroles (crockpot) in loads of variations. Meat's good for protein, just try to reduce fat and have loads of veggies to balance it - try roasting them if BF isn't used to eating veg. Basically just make it yourself so you know what's in it - processed isn't good, usually.0

My husband has no issues with his weight and eats what he wants. Dinners for us are usually meat, veggies, and a starch, he just eats more than me. And we do have junky foods, I just have to work my day around them. It can be done!0
