You can weigh yourself everyday. However, you have to add them up and divide by 7. Use the ending number as your true weight for the week. Chart the final number.

I only weigh myself on the first of the month. I can tell when I need to buckle down, and the scale only frustrates me.

I used to weigh in once a week. Now, once a month. Some weeks it appears we aren't losing pounds, but we have lost inches instead. It's just a number on the scales. As long as the bmi goes down, we are happy0

My official weigh in is Saturday mornings before breakfast but I weigh myself at east every other day with the understanding that my weight can fluctuate 1-3 lbs day to day. I graph my weight and as long as the trend is downward and I am near my daily calorie specification then all is good.0

also if you like to weigh daily a scale with a fat/water and muscle analyzer helps. I only have a simple scale but i would like one with a fat analyzer just to make sure im losing more fat then muscle.0

Fluctuations can be due to fluids hormones etc.
Wait for the result at the end of the week. Id rather see 3 pounds than a couple of ounces any time!0 -

I weigh myself every morning. My weight can fluctuate a pound or two from day to day but I'm used to this now. As long as the overall trend is downwards, I'm ok!0

i weigh myself every day, multiple times a day. i like to see what different foods do to my weight, and to be honest, i like to see what going to the restroom does to my weight as well... there, ive said it... i weigh myself before and after using the restroom... glad i got that weight off my shoulders0

Monday morning I record my measurements and weight. I may hop on the scale throughout the week out of curiosity but those numbers don't really matter as much as the Monday does.0

Yeah I weigh myself every morning. At first it was an anxiety thing and I had to know how much I weighed. But now it really is helpful to know if I'm getting out of control or it can be a motivator to lose more weight.0

I dont. I think scales are an inaccurate way to state progress.
I take weekly photographs and measure myself. Bust, Hips, Legs, Waist.0 -

Once a week, first thing Friday morning. I used to weigh myself more often - like every day or two - but I found myself getting frustrated if my weight would go up. Your weight fluctuates depending on sodium, etc. As others have mentioned, weight isn't always the best measurement of progress, so I also take my measurements monthly.0
