Today for the first time I have reached my goal weight, 115 lbs flat!! Really excited about it :)
As my weight bounces a bit I think I might stay with 1200 calories till my weight is 112lbs, then maintain so I always know that I really am my goal weight even if I have a bad salt day and retain water one week. If that makes any sense to any one else?

I have found MFP to be so useful with losing weight. I can get into all my old clothes, having dropped 2 dress sizes and it just makes me smile.

I also signed up to my first 10k race, it's in June and I'm already in training but so excited about it. Never thought I would be able to run 10k but I know that I will be able to as my training so far has gone well!!!
