I wanted to say hello to everyone since I've been lurking and learning from you guys for a couple of months now.
I've been on MFP for almost 3 months and have lost 15 lbs so far. I added FitBit about 3 weeks ago and have done well getting my 10,000 steps in every day this month. It works out to be a 5 mile walk for me on the weekends when I'm not working. Hoping that adding the 30DS will up my loses moving forward.
I've got 42 lbs left to lose in order to reach my first goal, then will re-evaluate where I'm at.
So I've just added 30DS to my routine. Today is day 3.
I made the mistake of doing day 1 about half an hour after a 5 1/2 mile walk......HUGE mistake. Woke up and could hardly move, but made my self do day 2. It was much better than day 1....only had to stop for breath once and was able to pump out all the push ups. Still really sore today, but I don't think it's as bad as yesterday. About to do day 3. Going to save my 5 1/2 mile walk for later this afternoon. Sooo learned my lesson.
The real test will be whether I can drag my tail out of bed at 530 to do this before work.....not much choice since my walks take place in the afternoon.....gotta break it up!!
Anybody else manage to get all they way through the video without a break on day 3? I'm hopeful that I can manage it today.
