Scared to eat all my daily cal intake...ugh!!!

Does anyone else feel this way????? I have made my self to eat breakfast, which I never do...and watch my cal so close.

    Nope, I eat to my goal AND my exercise cals back. Was eating way lower and the scale wasn't moving. Now I'm eating more and losing more. =)

    I was and still kinda am but I eat about 1500 a day and weigh less then I did in 8th grade so its workin out for me
  • I walk everyday...no matter what, this helps me burn cal and I get my exercise in..I still am under my cal intake daily..I try not to eat any bread, and avoid sugar, except what in the Fiber one bars, I eat them, but not everyday, thats if I need my sweet fix.lol.alot of veggies and chicken, cereal in the morning, I try to get a fruit in a day also.Been doing good, the scale is still going down.
