Senior Citizen's wanting to stay healthy

Should have taken care of this weight issue when I was younger - when it was eaiser - but didn't. Is it toooooo late??? I hope not!!

    I'm 64 and working on it I don't think it's ever to late. Come join us in the 50+ club forum Lots of elderly women in there.

    66 and it works for me. Make sure you eat clean, give up processed foods and soda, drink water and then more water, get moving, and log everything.

    No never too late.

    I am not quite a senior but getting close and I am so glad I dropped some weight and got fitter in the last two years. At the gym I go to there are a lot of people over 50/60 lifting weights, taking classes and getting fitter.

    Go for it you can only improve your health and happiness for your later years.

    Glad to have you on board. As others said. it's never too late to want a better life. As a fellow 'person of age' I understand a few of the issues and challenges. Just getting out of bed is a cardio workout some days!!
