Hmmm, just did all the sums on fat2fitradio and it reckons I should be eating 1900 cals per day, I put the moderate exercise option in as I am following insanity. I have been following 1200 cals per day, well in fact not even getting to 1200 most days and not eating back exercise cals. I'm not getting any results really, so is this why? Not enough cals? I am wary because there is so much crap out there, how do I know this is right?
