This is not my first rodeo

I have been here before and as they say if you fall off the horse get back on. My problem is I'm not a fan of horses. Long story and if we become friends you may find out why.

My goal is get back what I lost, or should I say give up what I gain. It's been a very bad two years, and so far 2013 isn't starting to well.

However I need to lose weight and I've been challenged by my Doctor to lose 5 pounds by April 15th. So I told myself why 5 pounds how about 15 pounds (5 pounds a month).

So if you need support "Friend" me! I know I could use someone watching over my shoulder too!
