Spring is 61 days away and counting. This is a tough boot camp for those of us who want to lose 10+ pounds in the next 60 days AND are ready to check-in daily, weigh in weekly and get it done by this Spring!

Please note, this is group is for serious minded, no-nonsense, I want this FAT&FLAB off of me and to slim/trim down and am ready, willing and able to actively participate folks only--ONLY for those of us who want and need a PUSH and willing to follow the rules for the next 2 months.

IF YOU ARE UNWILLING/UNABLE TO CHECK IN DAILY WITH YOUR FOOD/DRINK&EXERCISE AND POST YOUR WEEKLY LOSSES/GAINS AND REMAIN ACCOUNTABLE UNTIL FOR THE ENTIRE 2 MONTH CHALLENGE I ASK THAT YOU DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CHALLENGE--AS YOU WILL BE DELETED FROM THE GROUP OTHERWISE.
