jillian michaels- which one first

hi there,
im two weeks into my diet and I feel its time to start exercising!
ive just bought Jillian michaels dvd collection which consists of
30 day shred
6 weeks abs
banish fat, boost metabolism
no more trouble zones

im just wondering which one would be the best to start! bearing in mind Im quite unfit

    Hi! I have been doing the 30 day shred for two weeks now and it is great... There are three levels to choose from. Since you are "unfit" I would start with one. Jillian is very motivating! :)
    I haven't seen the other dvd's so I'm not sure if this even helps. Good luck on your journey!

    I have all of those and would say start with 30DS, it's short, full body and it's going to kick you butt.
