Hope this is allow, but here it goes.... I just got my free sample in the mail yesterday and I thought I would share it with all of my new dieting friends. It same with 3 Atkins bar and a coupon for a free frozen dinner. Yes it same with other stuff but nothing really all that cool- a work book, a carb counter book and some other coupons.
