Eating more with 20lbs to lose

Hey everyone,

I have been yo yo dieting for years. I took a little break from my fitness pal over the holidays and in the mean time really started to do my research on the calories I need to fuel my body while still losing weight. No more 1200 calories for me or netting under my BMR, all it's led to is binging. I have started netting my BMR and with exercise am eating close to 1800-2000 a day. This is so much more sustainable. I have 20lbs to lose. If anyone is doing something similar I would love to be friends!

The more friends the more motivation :)
