Hello from strange but true: warm and sunny Virginia (golfed today January 20th)...My name is Al and I am trying something new...caring for my health. I was turned on to this site by a good friend and coworker who has impressed our office with his determination and perseverance at shedding some unhealthy weight. I salute him and hope to follow in his steps to a better life.
