hi all. i have been fortunate enough to have stuck to a healthy diet for a few months and have gained a body i am much happier with. Problem is i miss out on celebrations etc because i am too diet conscious. how do you guys celebrate and still lose/maintain weight? should i count calories on special occasions or just enjoy it as a 'day off'? this will be particularly apparent when i start uni next year! any suggestions/ experiences would be well appreciated

I just enjoy for that day, within my calories I just dont go over. I get back on track so I dont make it a habit.0

today is the first birthday I have had on this new lifestyle. I am having my cake. Last night I had alcohol.
Tomorrow there will be no more cake, no more excessive alcohol consumption. And back to the gym. It is what it is, and I have enjoyed it.0 -
