Anybody losing weight while taking epidural (steroids)shots?

Hello,

I have herniated discs and I have been taking epidural shots for the past year. I gained about 30 pounds while taking these shots? I recently just started back exercising (walking, dancing and light aerobics) and trying to eat healthy. Most of the pounds went right to the belly. Has anyone every lost weight while taking these shots. I still have to continue taking them and I need to get this weight off me. I have lost 2 pounds so far.:smile:

    When I gave birth to my son, I had to get an epidural and it didn't hinder my weight loss at all, but I was put on a strict low-fat diet the month beforehand, so maybe that is what helped me.
