I'm eating a grilled chicken sandwich made with a sandwich thin and 2% cheese. (300 calories)

I'm a weirdo.

What about you? What's for breakfast?

    I usually have a homemade breakfast but I didn't have time last night to prepare it so today I had a Jimmy Dean D-lite's Turkey Sausage Breakfast Bowl (230 cals). It's SO very good!!

    I had 2 scrambled eggs with a little bit of milk & cheese stirred in, 1 cup of canteloupe, the last bit of some artisan bread with cream cheese on top, and a glass of milk. :)

    Homemade waffles 143 cal for half which is plenty, so yummy!
  • 2 cups of coffee and a bowl of Cream of Wheat. Midmorning snack was an apple.

    Today I had Kellogs Corn Flakes (1 1/4cup) with 1/2 a small banana and 1 tsp of honey with 3/4 cup of skim milk. <-- 230 cals

    Small banana, 1 3/4 cup Kix cereal with 1/5 cup of skim milk and 4 oz cup of no-sugar added applesauce.

    Fiber one pancakes. Simple. Just mix with water. I make the 2 serving size and add a mashed banana to it and sprinkle w/walnuts and a drizzle of sugar free pancake syrup. Doesn't take any longer than eggs & toast to make, but gets in a fruit and keeps me full to lunch. Then there's some for even a quicker breakfast left for another day.

    1/4 cup of egg whites with 3 pieces of organic sundried tomatoes, 1 tbsp of reduced fat feta cheese, 1 cup baby spinach mixed in, and 1 slice of whole wheat bread. And of course coffee.

    homemade smoothie: apple (peeled), frozen strawberries, chunk fresh pineapple, handful of fresh spinach plus some cinnamon - love cinnamon... so good and really quite filling!!

    I had my supermarkets own version of Special K, with dried pomegranates in it, with semi skimmed milk

    yesterday I had scrambled egg on wholemeal toast.

    My usual breakfast is porridge though

  • Today is breakfast day at work :) Friday is my 'let myself cheat a little and have something I shouldn't' day haha Every friday we go to Burger King and get breakfast, so I'm having and egg & cheese croissant and a value hashbrown. Naughty me, I know! haha

    Welcome to MFP. Don't be nervous, this whole entire thing is easy peazy! It just takes some dedication and a little motivation and you'll have it down.

    Everyone's breakfast sounds really good.

    oatmeal with ground flax meal and wheat germ. i make a huge batch on the weekend in my rice cooker and portion it out over the week. i do add a little brown sugar (about 1t) and a dollop of milk or half & half (from the portioned containers).

    i also do a "green" smoothie that i drink throughout the day with the spinach, mixed berries, apple (although i don't peel my apple), banana...a few of whatever fruit is on sale really. you don't even notice the spinach is in there. it does make it slightly less sweet than if it weren't added (it's still pretty sweet), but at this point i don't even notice that (and if i omit it, it's too sweet). i don't add any protein or dairy.

    1/2 cup oatmeal.
    1 tbs bisquick heart helthy mic (gives it greeeaat texture!)
    1 tbs sugar free natural syrup
    2 tbs smuckers natural pb
    1 tbs polaner all fruit grape jelly...

    divine... its like pancake-oatmeal-pbj-with syrup...but thats probably just me :)

    I had 1/4 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/2 cup blueberries and 3/4 cup Kashi honey sunshine cereal (it's great to munch on, not so great with milk but only 100 calories! & 6 grams of fiber! and it fills me up!)
