Hi there
After struggling with my weight over the last 10 or so years (I'm now 31) and having put on then lost and put on again around 45kg all up in that time frame I am finally starting to realise that quick fixes are not the solution. I always want to see quick losses in order to keep motivated but it finally clicked with me to be patient and be happy with being able to stick to a calorie controlled diet where I can still eat & lose half to 1kg a week at times. Even those weeks that I don't I am that much closer to being healthier & feeling better by sticking to a healthy eating plan. I am hoping that this time, once & for all I can be successful.
