How many calories do you eat for breakfast ?

    Depends.

    On work days I'll just have a diet nos and some kind of breakfast bar. 140-200 calories.

    On my days off, I'll do it up with eggs, bacon and toast. Sometimes potatoes. 350-500 calories.
