Help with pants!

I have been pregnant for most of the past four years, and have three boys, 3, 2, and 6 months. I am a SAHM. My husband gave me a gift card to buy workout clothes. I need direction with pants. I started Zumba, which I love, and although I love my baggy pants, I can feel my jiggly bits and I hate it. Any advice?

I have not done Zumba, but have taken a number of different classes at my gym. I prefer to wear capris pants and a tank top. I always get hot and sweaty and that keeps me the coolest. You can get the yoga style ones that flare at the bottom or the running style that are tight all the way. I started out liking the yoga style, but now that I run I like the fitted ones. I'm not sure what you are asking or where you will be buying them, so I will just leave it at that. Good luck!0

I also prefer to wear capri workout pants and a workout tank top. Buy something that you like (nice color and fit). Don't be tempted to wear big, baggy clothes because you think they are comfy! I prefer spandex type clothing because it does hold you together (everyone needs a little help with the jiggly bits!!) Wear something that makes you want to workout and feel good about yourself!0

i agree with this. baggy stuff i find to be less comfortable when i'm working out because i have to stop and reposition, pull up, sort, etc. i prefer compression type stuff . i'm usually too busy working out to stop and look at myslf in the mirror and think about how i look like the michelin man :laugh:0 -
Spandex is your friend at the gym.
I buy a lot from Walmart - why spend the money on the expensive stuff if it's going to be too big! I typically work out in spandex/stretchy capri pants and a dri-weave/technical tshirt.0 -
Some nice running tights would be a good idea. They say that when you work out in clothes that flatter you, you are much more likely to keep up with it because you feel better about yourself.0

Compression pants are the best. I love Nike compression pants and the pants from sports authoristy. I have also found good deals at Ross but sometimes they are fake compression pants and they are just spandex.0

Target and Old Navy also have some really good workout clothes.0

Target has some cute stuff that is also reasonably priced.0

At Wal-mart sometimes the Danskin line has a type of capri that is "stomach" flattening. Which just means it has a stronger panel of elastic across the front. I do Zumba a lot and that is what I wear. It keeps your pants up and you don't have to stop to hike them up like other pants. Just never buy anything with a drawstring or you will be re-tying them all class.0

I bought a cute pair of Danskin full length yoga pants at wal-mart today. $11 and cling in the right places but flow in the right places too!. Wore them jogging earlier and they were great.0
