Hello, I am 29 years old as of today actually. I am 5'9 and 163 lbs. My "normal" weight was around 174. I have had three children but after my last one I lost weight from being depressed and was down to 130 lbs, which was too skinny. Last summer I got up to 140 and I thought that was a great weight for me. I was very confident and loved the way I looked in my clothes. Well, now I am up to 163!!!! SO, I am here for motivation and support and tips to get me back down to 140.

I look forward to making new friends and helping everyone with their goal. :)
