Hi! I am looking to put some more protein in my diet. I need something to put in a spinach smoothy. I can not do soy or tofu. Ideas? Thanks!

Cottage Cheese is great in smoothies!
I don't like the texture by itself but it makes smoothies really creamy. So does greek yogurt.
Apart from that you can add protein powder. Most are whey based and I'm fairly sure they don't contain soy.0 -
I put greek yogurt in my smoothies. Even if you don't normally like greek yogurt, it really just makes it creamier and it is packed with protein!0

I get most of my protein from chicken breast and egg whites..... but I've never tried them in a smootie!!0

grind some nuts or nut butter in there. or cottage cheese, greek yogurt, chia seeds, flaxseed0

Wish I had your problem ,I had 2 eggs for breakfast roast beef for lunch and now I am over limit on fat and only have 2 protein left! I am making good food choices too but I don't think 1200 a day is enough to live on0
