It's time to donate blood at your local blood center if you are healthy. I donated recently and it goes so much more quickly when you are well-hydrated!

I'm up for it! It's been long enough since my last donation that I can give again. But I live in a very rural area and I have to wait for the blood mobile to come to the nearest town. They are usually here at least once a month.
