Exercise physiology

Hi my name is Brian. I have been on my fitness pal for quite some time now but am trying to recommit myself to eating healthy on a consistent basis. I am a triathlete who loves the three sports of swimming, cycling, and running! I am planning on racing at nationals this year in Wisconsin since I qualified last year. Looking at taking myself to the next level in the sport by adjusting my diet!

I am also a personal trainer at a gym and have a certification as a strength & conditioning specialist, triathlon coach, and spin instructor. I have a bachelors degree in exercise science and am working on my master's degree in exercise physiology.
