Hi guys!

I haven't posted in a while, but I hope you're all well! I just thought I would share my one year of MFP photos. I've lost 20 kg (46 lb) and gone down two dress sizes. I am an apple shaped lady, and I'm glad my tummy has disappeared a fair bit! I just want to get it flat and then I think I would be 100% happy with myself. Hopefully it comes off in the next 10 kg (22 lbs)!

Anyway, enough of me talking. :tongue:

I'm wearing the same shorts in both photos. I was going to wear my black top in the second set of photos, but it was in the wash.

Sooo, yeah! That's about it! :smile:

    You look amazing! Success stories like yours give me inspiration. For me your story is fitting as I'm trying to lose weight slowly and if I can lose 20kg at a minimum over the course of a year I would be over the moon! Thanks for sharing!
