i am an 18 year old female, 113 lbs, 163cm.
after restricting my diet to 1200 calories for 6 months i have achieved a much needed weightloss. problem is i didnt realise this was not good for my metabolism. this week i upped my intake to 1400 in attempt to increase its efficiency for further weight loss and future weight maintenence. i burn approx 450 calories 4 days a week. should i increase my calorie intake further? and if so should it be a steady weekly increase of like 100 calories? thankyou for any suggestions, i have tried online generators however am confused about the different recommendations for each site.

Are you at your goal weight?
Set your weekly goal to maintain and go from there. You may gain the first week or two due to the increase of food but it won't be fat gain so don't pay attention to it.0 -

ETA: I missed your height at first. I agree with the others in that you should really think carefully as to whether you need to lose weight. What is it that you are trying to achieve?0 -
Are you sure you need to keep losing more weight? Your BMI is 19.4. Any lower and you might be at risk of being underweigbt.0

What's your goal? Seems like you should be done losing weight at this point0

Sounds like you need to change your body's composition, not necessarily your weight.0
