Help!

What started off as a bit of difficulty eating bread and oatmeal, seems to have branched into pizza and pasta and most baked food included. I'm thinking I've developed a bit of an intolerance to wheat or yeast so will be going to see my doctor about it this week to determine. I've managed to cut the bread and oatmeal from my diet quite easily and I generally only ever had a slice of pizza if we ordered but the pasta is going to be a difficult one to drop. I have a family to feed on a budget so can't afford to go down the more expensive options just for me and pasta is a bit of a staple in our home. I need options, that won't cost me too much that I can have whilst my family still eat as normal. Tonight I'll be having Bolognese with a baked potato but I don't think that'll be a long term solution. I'm a huge fan of cous cous and paella too but what else is there?
