I am soooo burned out on chicken :( help

I have been eating nothing but chicken and turkey for so long now that my body is physically tired of chicken. I just can't eat it right now. I do not eat red meat and I can only eat so much salmon and tilapia before I get tired of it. What should I do? I am thinking of trying tofu...

I am a vegetarian, feel free to see my diary. I really never get bored because I am always looking for a new protein dish. Let me send you a link of some high protein low cal veg foods.

I'm a veggie, so don't eat any meat or fish....tofu is ok, but gets a tad boring, quorn comes in a few varieties, but is dressed up like meat, so I eat it but don't particularly like it!

I love Cod...the good thing about where I live is we have an Asian market here and they have tons of different fish for me to try.

i never really liked chicken (always been a red meat/wild game guy). have you tried messing around with different marinades? or tried making chicken into something exotic? might just be the way you make it is getting to monotonous. see if you have anywhere that sells duck or pheasant in your area

Sometimes I make an egg burger if I am craving protein. A good one is a chili relleno egg burger.

-Bake or grill your chili relleno to put on the bun.
-"fry" and egg. (I use either oilive oil or just girll the egg with tomato)
-add lettuce/spinach/kale to a bun, oions, whatever burger fixins....

(sometimes I cut up the chili and cook it with the egg if I need it easier)
  • what about trying new things with chicken e.g. use chicken mince to make san choy bow in little lettuce cups. Or make the mince into burger patties and use lettuce instead of bread as the burger bun.

there's chicken soup, chicken stir fry, chicken caesar salad. the way you cook your chicken will change the flavour, trying BBQing it, baking it, pan frying it etc.

Pinto Beans, black beans. Cheap protein source. Good fiber as well.
