do you gain weight during your monthly female visit? I am up 1/2#....ugghh!(with no chocolate!)

I sure do! I retain alot of water and feel soo bloated. I continue with my work outs and drink alot of water and sometimes I feel even thinner by the time the week ends so it works in my favour lol!0

I gain weight every month during that time. I think it is just water retention and it usually comes off within a few days.0

I gain anywhere from .5-2 lbs; it depends, but it's mostly water-retention (I usually only over-eat the first day, then the cravings are gone). It comes off a few days afterwards. Don't worry about it!0

Yeah...2 days later and I'm down 1.5# ....just wanted to get a consensus of what would be normal0
