okay so what does this mean?

ive heard alot about editing your macros for your protien fat carbs etc based on your BMR and your TDEE so i calculated them and was wandering what to set them at based on these results:

1605.65. - BMR
2480 - TDEE

    The first number indicates how many calories your body burns when at rest, normally taken in bed upon waking. The second number represents all of the extra calories your body requires to do the things you do after that point, like eat, go to work, walking talking, fidgeting, and exercising, basically everything else.

    In order to lose weight all that is required is you consume fewer than your TDEE number of 2480. Normally 20% less is what most will argue is the best course of action. For every 3500 calories you consume under 2480 you will technically lose 1 lb of mass, and optimally we hope that it's body fat and not muscle mass. Keep in mind weight loss isn't linear, so expect some up and down movement based on bodily fluids over the course.
