DO I NEED TO EAT MY EXERCISE CALORIES

Hi Im getting to the end of the day with around 100 calories left and i havent even touched my calories in deficit from my exercies, im currently on 1700 a day as advised by a sports tutor and do not count my exercise (ie add them onto my calories) the data suggests that I should be eating them?

If you use MFPs settings you should eat your exercise calories back.
you are not, so you dont need to, you should just aim to hit 1700.0 -
I always do since I workout like 6 days a week0
