So tired and can't stop eating please help....

I always feel like this in winter, I think I'm cut out for hibernating!
I try to get fresh air (even if I don't feel like it I force myself) and move (I always feel more energetic for a few hours after a workout), drink a couple of bottles of water and recognise that the more junk I eat, the sleepier I feel. I also take B vitamins and Co enzyme Q10. Not sure if they work, but I like to think I'm helping myself0 -
If it's extreme fatigue, I would say visit the doctor to do blood work. When I had the same issues, I found out that I had Hypothyroidism. If that's not something that you want to do, I would suggest a little exercise....it's always a good source of exercise. I hope things get better!!0
