PEOPLE WITH MUSCLES

I've already lost a lot of weight so now I want to start building muscle. What should I set my percentages to? Also what are some foods you eat that help with muscle building? I don't need to know about shakes because I'm already drinking Shakeology, but what other options do I have. Also, any weight training exercises I can do? Thanks for your help.

17 g of protein per scoop as compared to 40 g for most other non-expensive (I am presuming it is expensive we don't get it in the UK so not sure) protein powders? Um....*shakes head*

The link fullofwin posted was excellent.

I only SUPPLEMENT with my scoop of protein powder every day. I eat meats (fish, chicken, lamb, beef, duck, pork, etc), eggs, cottage cheese, nuts and seeds for my main sources of protein. I have 118 lbs of lean mass so aim for 120 g - 140 g of protein per day. Hope this helps.

Say what ya'll want about Shakeology, but that's the only thing that helped me break my plateau big time. Full of all natural stuff too. Gave me great results and it really does keep me full compared to other shakes. Nexangelus...thanks for the protein info.

But on the other hand I am open to ideas since I already lost the weight I wanted. Maybe ya'll can give me a good protein shake to try. After all I am going for a different goal here.

Why do you want to get your nutrients from shakes? Why not just eat protein rich food?

I agree. Can you recommend what you eat for protein?
